Custom Finish Painting recently gave a Liberty, Missouri home a serious glow-up! Over just 5 days, our crew transformed this 3,300 sq ft beauty, using top-notch Sherwin Williams Duration for the siding and trim, plus Super Deck for the back deck. The homeowners ditched the old color for a crisp Eider White body and sleek Iron Ore trim and garage doors. With some wood rot repair and a little extra TLC, we made sure this house shines like the neighborhood star it is!
Background/Story:
Meet Bob and Ronica. They were ready to say goodbye to their home’s tired exterior and hello to something fresh. It had been years (we’re talking more than a decade) since the last paint job, and their home was begging for a facelift.
After browsing through several options, they picked Custom Finish Painting—why? Because our estimate was the most thorough and detailed, and they figured if we’re that picky with numbers, we’d be just as meticulous with their house.

Scope of Services
- Exterior Painting: Gave the whole 3,300 sq ft exterior a new lease on life with a chic Eider White body and bold Iron Ore trim. Even the garage doors got in on the action!
- Wood Rot Repair: No one likes rot. We swapped out damaged siding, trim boards, and soffits to give the house a solid foundation for its new look.
- Caulking: Fully caulked every nook and cranny—seams, nail holes, siding, trim, soffits, fascia—you name it, we caulked it. Weather can do its worst now!
- Spray and Backroll: Sprayed the body of the house and backrolled for that smooth, “Is this even real?” finish.
- Brushing and Rolling: Brushed and rolled the trim to perfection because, hey, the devil’s in the details, right?
- Deck Staining: Stained the back deck with Sherwin Williams Super Deck, giving it the facelift it deserved. Now, it’s picnic-ready!
